Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment, a world-leading live entertainment company, seeks a Guest Services usher to welcome guests and assist with directions, information and problem-solving at venues during all events. You will help control ticket access points and ensure a positive experience for attendees.

Eligible candidates have at least one year of customer service experience, are able to work holidays and weekends, and can stand for long periods. Shifts may vary from day to night.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a theatre/entertainment venue.
• Ability to work holidays and weekend events throughout the year.
• Able to stand for 6-8 hours, walk stairs and remain friendly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest services at the venue during all events, greet guests, give information, resolve issues and control entry points.
• Work shifts vary; ability to work both day and night shifts as required.
