Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests in a welcoming manner.
• Direct guests to their ticketed seats or appropriate seating section.
• Ensure guests sit in correct sections with valid tickets.
• Answer guest questions about event and facility locations (restrooms, concessions, first aid).
• Handle complaints or disturbances and forward to supervisor as needed.
• Ensure guests follow policies and code of conduct.
• Keep aisles and concourses clear during events.
