Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Guest Coordinator to support the Senior Producer with booking guests, hospitality, and travel needs for on-camera appearances on “Better Together.” This on-site role requires strong organization, communication, and production-support skills to manage guest relationships and logistics efficiently.

You will assist with research, scheduling, and briefs for guests, coordinate travel, ensure compliance with contractual requirements,

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field (e.g., Personal Assistant, Event Coordination, Travel/Hospitality, Talent Management).
Experience with basic safe food handling practices is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; familiar with SharePoint and Google Docs.

Responsibilities

Assist Senior Producer in researching, casting, and scheduling a revolving pool of guests.
Build and maintain positive relationships with potential guests and their assistants and managers.
Coordinate travel arrangements to meet production schedules and guest requirements.
Monitor contractual requirements for guest appearances and obtain signed talent releases/agreements as needed.
Maintain clear, professional communication with guests and provide information before arrival.
