Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold an excellent guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, organized line and supporting daily operations, including breaks, shifts, and training initiatives.

You will help resolve food quality issues, monitor adherence to safety policies, and participate in office duties while developing future Service Leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Train and develop the front-of-house crew; assist with crew performance reviews.
• Monitor line operations, breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Assist with office administration duties and ensure office equipment and supplies are in order.
• Support in food safety tasks including hand washing, glove changes, and temperature monitoring.
