Chuze Fitness Highlands Ranch is seeking a Part-Time Team Member to greet members, assist with memberships and tours, and keep the club space sparkling. You will work on-site with a friendly, hospitality-focused team.

Responsibilities include member check-ins, inquiries, and supporting Kids Club as needed, plus opportunities for growth and applicable certifications. Join a team that values collaboration, hospitality, authenticity, and grit.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Team-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback.
• High school graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming experience for members and guests, sharing information about memberships, programs, amenities, equipment, and tours.
• Maintain a clean, inviting space through daily cleaning tasks.
• Support front desk operations with memberships, retail, check-ins, and phone inquiries.
• Resolve member questions about accounts, billing, and services with leadership help.
• Prepare and serve smoothies where applicable.
• Assist with Kids Club operations to ensure service for families.
