Job summary

Sarku Japan is seeking Crew Members to be the heart of the guest experience, delivering exceptional customer service while supporting restaurant operations across guest service, food preparation, and cooking.

Crew Members work in a fast-paced environment focused on quality, cleanliness, teamwork, and continuous improvement. You will contribute to a memorable dining experience for every guest by following standards and supporting the team.

Qualifications

• Food service or customer service experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive and welcoming attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare fresh ingredients and maintain food preparation stations.
• Cook menu items according to Sarku Japan recipes and standards.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Keep kitchen and service areas clean and organized.
• Restock inventory and supplies as needed.
• Support team members during busy periods.
• Deliver a high-quality guest experience with every interaction.
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and operational standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
