Job summary

Sarku Japan is seeking Crew Members to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting restaurant operations across guest service, food preparation, and cooking. You will work as part of a fast-paced team focused on quality, cleanliness, teamwork, and Kaizen-driven improvement.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, preparing ingredients, cooking menu items to Sarku Japan standards, and maintaining food safety.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Food service or customer service experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
