Cinemark Team Members create a welcoming environment for our Guests. A Team Member is quick, accurate, and knowledgeable about movies, events, pricing, promotions, and more, ensuring a heroic guest experience.

The role may include Usher, Box Office, or Concession duties as staffing needs require. You will answer questions, operate the POS, verify tickets, and help maintain cleanliness and safety across the theatre.

Formación

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Able to work in a team environment and independently.
• Maintain a positive, energetic attitude during shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely, professional manner.
• Operate the POS system for all transactions at the assigned register.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to auditoriums.
• Provide information on pricing, events, and promotions to Guests.
• Keep theatre areas clean and safe; ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Assist with opening/closing duties as directed by management.
