Job summary

Regal is seeking team members to staff Box Office, Concession, or Usher positions in our Charlotte theatre. Roles include handling POS transactions, promoting Regal Crown Club, ticketing, and customer service duties.

Positions are hourly and can be variable hour, part-time fixed, or full-time hourly based on theatre needs. The team enjoys free movie passes and discounted concessions, plus 401(k) with company match after six months of service.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Handling of emergency situations when called upon.
• General cleaning duties; and compliance with dress code.
• Operate Box Office POS system and promote Regal Crown Club; ensure tickets align with MPAA ratings.
• Operate, prepare and clean concession equipment; upsell products; ensure food safety compliance.
• Tear tickets, direct patrons to auditoriums, and assist with seating when needed.
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
