Target is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader in Fairbanks, Alaska to oversee Guest Advocates, ensure a friendly, efficient guest experience, and support store operations. You will lead a diverse team, coach performance, and help achieve daily sales and service goals.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and adaptability to changing customer needs. This is a full-time, on-site position with scheduling flexibility to meet business needs.

• Observe performance, provide feedback, and coach for continuous improvement.
• Lead staffing, onboarding, and development to meet daily/weekly business needs.
• Support and drive store goals, promotions, and loyalty programs.
