Job summary

Target in Marshfield, WI is hiring a Service and Engagement Team Leader to oversee guest experiences, coach hourly team members, and uphold store standards. You will lead a team at the front of the store, ensuring fast, friendly service and efficient daily operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, retail experience preferred, and strong communication. You will manage workloads, support drive-up and pickup services, and help meet sales goals while maintaining a safe, compliant store

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 18+ years old.
• Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, problem solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold Target's service commitments.
• Lead and develop a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store staff.
• Assist with daily store operations, including planograms, promotions, and safety.
• Manage workload, train team, and monitor KPIs to meet sales goals.
• Support drive-up and pickup services and ensure order accuracy.
