Target Wisconsin is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader to guide Guest Advocates and Front of Store teammates in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will manage daily operations in a fast-paced store and support store goals with strong leadership.

The role requires coaching, performance development, and adherence to service standards, with flexible shifts and physical activity as part of the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Lead a team of hourly teammates, including interviewing, coaching and retention.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet store sales goals and guest expectations.
• Ensure teammates are trained and deliver Target's guest experience commitments.
