Job summary

Jack in the Box Barstow, an independently owned franchisee serving Southern California, is seeking a Team Leader. This role motivates and trains team members, delivers a friendly guest experience, and maintains a clean, safe environment in a fast-paced setting.

You will supervise daily activities, model positive behavior, and support food quality and safety. Requirements include a HS diploma or GED, 6 months in a restaurant, English proficiency, and the ability to lift 10–50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or foreign equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months' experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to read, speak, and write effectively in English.
• Ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of shift; lift and carry 10-50 lbs.
• Additional administrative duties as assigned.
• This is in addition to the qualifications of a Team Member and Shift Leader.
