Job summary

Jack in the Box in Thermal, CA is seeking a Team Leader to act as a role model, train and coach team members, and sustain a friendly, clean, and safe guest experience. The position supports daily operations in a fast-paced environment and requires strong leadership and food-safety awareness.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service while guiding staff, maintaining high energy levels, and promoting a positive team atmosphere at the franchise location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or foreign equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the restaurant industry
• Ability to read, speak, and write effectively in English.
• Ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of shift; lift 10-50 lbs; work with a diverse group
• Additional administrative duties as assigned.
• This is in addition to the qualifications of a Team Member and Shift Leader
