Job summary

Jack in the Box in Riverside, CA is seeking a Team Leader to model strong work ethic, lead a fast-paced team, and maintain a friendly, clean, and safe dining environment. You will train team members, provide coaching, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while promoting a 'Jack family' atmosphere.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 6 months restaurant experience, English proficiency, and the ability to stand/walk most of the shift and lift 10–50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or foreign equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to read, speak, and write effectively in English.
• Ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of shift; lift 10-50 lbs.
• This is in addition to the qualifications of a Team Member and Shift Leader.
