Job summary

Target is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader in Pearland, TX to help deliver an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience across the store. You will lead a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants, drive guest engagement and coach performance to meet service standards.

You will manage daily workload, train associates, and partner with leadership to ensure effective operations, safety, and adherence to policies while supporting store sales goals and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Lead and hold others accountable to guest service standards.
• Ability to communicate across multiple frequency devices and technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and ensure consistency in service.
• Lead and develop a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store staff.
• Monitor area metrics and take action to improve guest outcomes.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet sales and service goals.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and accurate cash handling when needed.
