Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly associates to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Ensure guests are greeted, assisted, and checked out efficiently.
• Monitor operations and coaching to meet Target’s guest experience commitments.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support store priorities and sales goals.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing coaching to develop team skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and store policies.
