Responsibilities

• Greet guests with eye contact and a friendly attitude, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Deliver a friendly, helpful and safe shopping experience that meets guests' expectations.
• Maintain professional appearance in accordance with dress code and grooming policy.
• Work safely and keep the work area neat and clean at all times.
• Supervise the Guest Service area and staff as assigned.
• Maintain cash controls related to sales, currency, and income.
• Accurately process and report daily/weekly cash and sales activities.
• Schedule, train and coach Guest Service teammates to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain cashier control reports and office security per company policies.
• Count and record monies from cashiers; handle bank deposits.
• Secure the Guest Service area and related items when not in use.
• Communicate new policies or promotional programs to guests.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
