Job summary

Global Partners in Stamford, CT seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff, coach on tasks, greet guests, and maintain store operations and safety. The role requires flexibility, reliability, and strong organizational skills to ensure a positive shopping experience for all guests.

You will handle cash processes, deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable, and ensure compliance with policies. Availability for varied hours, including weekends and holidays, is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure tasks are completed as directed by management.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Handle cash processes, deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Ensure store housekeeping and safekeeping of operations policies are followed.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints and check in vendors per guidelines.
