Job summary

Global Partners LP seeks a Guest Service Supervisor in Connecticut to oversee staff, coach team members, greet guests, and ensure adherence to safety, security and store policies. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure management directives are performed.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and practices.
• Operate the point of sale, maintain cash levels.
• Ensure store housekeeping is completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Support 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
