Job summary

Global Partners LP in Greenwich, CT seeks a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will supervise team members, provide coaching, and ensure cash handling and POS procedures align with company standards.

You will also help maintain safety, merchandising, and daily store routines while working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet store objectives and customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising store staff and ensuring task execution.

• Experience with cash handling and POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and organize work processes per management.
• Greet guests and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Operate POS and manage cash deposits, gift cards, and checks as applicable.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and adherence to policies.
• Monitor guest service programs and assist vendors as needed.
