Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a front desk/receptionist role
• Strong customer service focus and guest-first attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures and during their stay
• Operate the hotel’s electronic reservation system and related software
• Handle financial transactions (credit card and cash) securely and accurately
• Anticipate guest needs to maximize guest experience
• Collaborate with team to maintain a hospitable, guest-focused environment
• Ensure proper documentation of daily reports and checklists in a timely manner
