Job summary

Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Coordinator to manage guest requests via the housekeeping department and ensure timely forwarding to the right team member. This role supports efficient operations within a luxury resort environment.

The ideal candidate has prior housekeeping coordination or high-volume call center experience, excellent interpersonal and time-management skills, and is authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping coordinator, receptionist, or high-volume call center experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions
• Work authorization in the United States

Responsibilities

• Manage calls into the housekeeping department and route guest requests to the appropriate person
• Ensure requests are forwarded to the responsible team member for follow-up
• Support the operational efficiency of the Housekeeping Department
