Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store staff, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure an excellent guest experience. You will coach employees, greet guests, and ensure adherence to safety, security, and quality standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires flexible hours, a willingness to work day/night shifts, weekends or holidays as needed, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Supervise employees and ensure tasks align with management directives.
• Provide coaching with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store policies and procedures.
• Operate POS according to corporate standards and manage cash levels.
• Ensure store housekeeping, cleanliness, and organization.
• Support 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Manage cash processes including deposits, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Replenish stock and address guest inquiries/complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
