Job summary

Olympia Hospitality in Boston, MA is seeking a Front Desk Guest Services Associate to support the Guest Service Manager in overseeing the front desk, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out, accurate guest accounts, and high guest satisfaction.

This role may supervise staff, train teammates, handle reservations, and act as manager on duty in the manager’s absence, delivering a hospitable, efficient guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ guest services experience required (preferably in a hotel environment)
• Management or previous supervisory experience preferred
• Associates degree and/or equivalent work experience; bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations alongside the Guest Service Manager.
• Manage reservations and guest accounts with accuracy.
• Assist in check-in/check-out and resolve guest issues.
• Act as manager on duty in the absence of the Guest Service Manager.
