Job summary

Olympia Hospitality is seeking a friendly Guest Services Agent to support the Guest Service Manager, ensuring smooth front desk operations and high guest satisfaction. You will log messages, manage check-ins/outs, and help communicate rates and promotions while fostering a warm, professional environment.

Applicants should have at least 2 years in customer service, with a basic understanding of bookkeeping or audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years prior customer service experience preferred.
• General knowledge of bookkeeping and audit procedures helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Guest Service Manager with the front desk operation to ensure safe, efficient service.
• Maintain a friendly, service-oriented demeanor with guests and staff.
• Log and deliver messages, packages, and mail promptly and professionally.
• Be aware of rates, packages, and promotions currently offered.
• Oversee check-in/check-out processes and run room status reports as needed.
• Assist in training and cross-training of new hires and current staff.
