Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hotel front desk, supervisory preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk staff and ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and ensure accuracy.
• Train and mentor front desk associates to high service standards.
• Monitor room availability, reservations, and rates to maximize occupancy.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
• Enforce safety procedures and brand policies.
• Schedule shifts and manage front desk team coverage.
