Job summary

Huntington DoubleTree by Hilton, located in Huntington, West Virginia, seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front office team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This on-site role requires strong leadership and a passion for hospitality.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year front desk experience, some supervisory exposure, and a good command of English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Expect a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with weekend and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hotel front desk experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front desk operations and support the front office team.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with check-in/check-out, guest payments, and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of room availability, rates, hotel amenities, and local attractions.
• Ensure the front desk and lobby remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts, as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
