Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Front Desk professional for OKANA Resort & Indoor Water Park in Oklahoma City. You will welcome guests, check them in, note special requests, and uphold exceptional service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, with prior hotel experience preferred. You will collaborate with Maintenance and Housekeeping to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing and engaging personality with a strong desire to impact others.

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience and provide exceptional service.
• Check guests in with accurate information, noting special requests.
• Resolve problems and WOW guests through recovery when issues arise.
• Supervise daily shift process and ensure standard operating procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Housekeeping to communicate daily needs and updates.
• Train and coach Front Desk staff to maintain quality operations.
