Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Reservations Supervisor for OKANA Resort & Indoor Water Park in Oklahoma City. The role leads the Reservations team, greets guests, and books reservations for all resort accommodations, while upholding guest service excellence.

The successful candidate will promote revenue optimization, train staff, and generate daily reports, maintaining strong interdepartmental relationships and delivering Wanderlust experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a hotel or resort reservations environment.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Reservations team to assist guests in discovering and booking their Wanderlust experience.
• Answer calls, greet guests from around the world, and process all resort reservations accurately.
• Promote revenue optimization concepts, upsell amenities, and generate daily reservation reports.
• Maintain knowledge of resort offerings, promotions, and policies; collaborate with Front Desk and Accounting.
