Kolter Hospitality is seeking a Lead Gallery Host to deliver service excellence by creating a welcoming environment and overseeing front desk and food and beverage operations for the hotel.

You will supervise front desk during shifts, ensure staff know hotel products and services, handle guest issues, assist with check-ins and check-outs, manage BEO-based room setups, inventory and ordering for F&B, and coordinate with other departments while following safety and financial reporting procedures.

Overview:

A Kolter Hospitality Lead Gallery Host delivers service excellence to our guests by encouraging a comfortable and welcoming environment that promotes quality service and guest satisfaction. This position is responsible for managing the front desk and food and beverage operations for the hotel.

Performance Expectations

• Supervise front desk operations during assigned shift.
• Ensure front desk staff is familiar with hotel products and services.
• Handle all guest issues in a courteous and efficient manner ensuring problem resolution is satisfactory.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
• Ensure meeting rooms are set up and serviced according to banquet event order (BEO)
• Responsible for Food & Beverage inventory and ordering
• Oversee FIFO (first in/first out) process with Food & Beverage
• Ensure company policies are adhered to, relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing including timely and accurate reporting of financial information.
• Ensure daily arrival of VIP’s, special request rooms, long stay guest rooms are pre-blocked in advance.
• Communicate with other departments to coordinate and follow up on all guest and room information.
• Report any items in need of repair.
• Follow all safety procedures while working.
