Job summary

The Westin Washington Dulles Airport is seeking a capable Front Office supervisor to lead daily operations at the Front Desk, Bell Stand, Valet, PBX, and Night Audit. You will guide associates to deliver exceptional guest service, uphold hotel standards, and mentor staff in professional conduct.

Responsibilities include supervising a diverse team, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out, handling guest requests with tact, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• College degree preferred; HS diploma with 2–3 years of experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Front Desk, Bell Stand, Valet, PBX Operators and Night Audit to ensure guests receive outstanding service.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and professionalism in all interactions.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest issues quickly and effectively.
• Communicate clearly with staff and guests, both verbally and in writing.
