Greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, input data accurately, provide local information and maintain a positive service attitude. Prior front desk or hospitality experience preferred; benefits include shift meals and a robust program.

Qualifications

• One year experience in customer service in hospitality or similar industry.
• Ability to handle internal and external customers with diplomacy to resolve conflicts.
• Basic math skills and ability to perform calculator-based calculations accurately.
• Ability to input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• Ability to stand, walk and work behind the front desk.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional welcome and check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Communicate clearly to staff, assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Input guest data, room rate and charges into the computer system accurately.
• Provide local information, hours of operation and attraction tips.
• Resolve guest issues by researching, communicating and applying solutions.
