Job summary

This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, along with experience in hotel operations. The compensation ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, with a robust benefits package including medical and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Must have previous hotel front desk or operations experience, preferred one (1) year.
• Must have high attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities and work in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service standards are met and guests’ needs are addressed.
• Train staff and motivate them to exceed guest expectations.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and verify billing information.
• Assist guests with knowledge of local attractions and hotel services.
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain standards.
