Job summary

Global Partners LP in Lebanon, NH is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain cash and POS operations. The role focuses on coaching, safety compliance, and maintaining store standards to deliver a great shopping experience.

The GSS will manage cash processes, replenish inventory, and address guest inquiries while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform duties per management guidance.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash levels with supervised staff.
• Ensure store housekeeping tasks are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, etc.).
• Support 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
