Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff, ensure execution of store programs, and deliver an excellent guest experience. The role requires flexible hours and a focus on safety, cash handling, and accurate POS operations.

The position emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and adherence to company policies while contributing to a positive shopping environment across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and/or holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to access all areas of the store and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees ensuring they perform duties as directed by management.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Follow safety, security, quality and store operation policies.
• Operate POS and maintain cash levels.
• Ensure store cleanliness and upkeep responsibilities.
• Execute guest service programs 24/7.
• Handle deposits, lottery, gift cards and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors.
