21c Museum Hotels in Louisville, KY is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead front desk and valet operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth daily processes. You will manage check-ins/outs, handle reservations inquiries, and coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to fulfill guest requests.

The role requires strong customer service, cash handling and multitasking abilities, with fluency in English.

Formación

Knowledge of standard cash handling procedures and computerized cash registers.
Experience dealing with the public and strong customer service skills.
Fluency in English.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

Responds to guests professionally and courteously at arrival, departure, and in-house.
Handles reservations inquiries via phone and in person, communicates rates and information.
Manages front office and valet staff on scheduled shifts.
Greets guests and completes check-in procedures to ensure satisfaction and room readiness.
Facilitates check-out and processes charges accurately.
Answers inquiries and uses suggestive selling to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Maintains good guest relations and knowledge of local events and functions.
Operates PBX to handle calls, wake-up requests, and paging.
