21c Museum Hotels is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Louisville to greet guests, check them in and out, and coordinate guest experiences with a welcoming, art-forward approach. You will know property services, answer questions, and ensure high-quality service at every touchpoint.

You will handle reservations, communicate rates, assist with inquiries, and maintain accurate records and cash handling while supporting other departments as needed. Fluent English and strong organization are required.

Qualificações

• Past experience in dealing directly with the public.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Greets guests and completes check-in/out procedures using manual and computerized methods.
• Responds to reservations and inquiries with information and guest services.
• Communicates hotel rates, services and local area information to guests.
• Maintains guest records and handles cash transactions accurately at the front desk.
