You will coordinate with various departments to ensure a seamless guest experience, maintaining records and processing payments with cash handling procedures. The role requires fluent English, strong multitasking, and a professional, courteous demeanor.

Qualifications

• Must have past experience in dealing directly with the public and basic customer service skills.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Must be able to understand and follow verbal/written instructions and communicate clearly.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out procedures.
• Answer reservations inquiries via phone and in person.
• Provide information on hotel services and local area; upsell room nights.
