Responsibilities

• Supervise staff to ensure tasks follow management directions.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate POS and manage cash levels during shifts.
• Maintain store housekeeping and in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and handle vendor checks as needed.
• Support 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
