Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking a dedicated cashier supervisor to oversee sales, cash handling, and guest service at the front end. The role focuses on maintaining accurate cash processes, supporting cashier teams, and ensuring fast, friendly checkout experiences for guests.

The position requires the ability to lift and stand for extended periods, strong math and computer skills, and collaboration with store leadership to meet guest service standards.

• Knowledge of front end operations.
• Ability to supervise people including training and development.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Effective communication and guest service skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Demonstrate successful use of math skills.
• Ability to work well with computers.

Responsibilities

• Sales, Cash and Invoice Accounting as assigned.
• Prepare weekly cash report and documentation.
• Maintain sales related information.
• Process invoices and transfers as assigned.
• Process beer/wine payments.
• Cash Related Activities including deposits and payroll checks.
• Ensure accurate daily cash count.
• Process guest needs such as money orders, stamps, lottery tickets.
• Process returned checks.
• Cash Office Security and accountability of tills.
• Monitor Operator Activity Report and conduct till audits.
• Maintain front-end schedule to ensure guest service level.
