Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service with strong service skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the property liaison, providing guests and residents with information in person and over the phone.
• Process payments and deposits.
• Run reports and submit maintenance requests to ensure office efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager and communicate frequently to address inquiries promptly.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction and resolve conflicts promptly.
