Valor Hospitality Partners in San Diego is seeking a Guest Service Aide to support the Guest Services Manager and greet guests professionally. You will participate in front desk operations, reservations, and ensure accurate transactions.

The role requires a friendly, outgoing demeanor, cash handling skills, and the ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings. Prior Hilton experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with front desk duties and guest service
• Able to post charges and handle room rates accurately
• Weekend, holiday, and evening availability required
• Hilton experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk functions such as Guest Service Agent, Reservations, PBX operations
• Train new Guest Service Agents and maintain daily transaction accuracy
• Coordinate with Engineering and Housekeeping on guest requests
• Provide a safe, courteous guest experience and maintain proper staffing and documentation
