Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee frontline guest service staff, ensuring professional, welcoming service.
• Know and post charges and room rates; train new Guest Service Agents.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Housekeeping on guest requests and room status.
• Prepare weekly staffing schedules and maintain time cards and documentation.
• Handle special requests, group blocks, and unusual guest situations.
