Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee front-line staff and ensure daily operations meet company standards. The role focuses on coaching employees, greeting guests, and enforcing safety, security, and quality policies.

You will operate the point of sale, manage cash deposits, and maintain in-stock conditions while addressing guest inquiries and coordinating with vendors. Flexible hours and a commitment to customer experience are essential.

• Enforce safety, security, quality and store operations policies and procedures.
• Operate the POS and manage cash levels.
• Ensure store housekeeping is maintained.
• Support 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks.
• Restock products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and handle complaints.
• Check in vendors as required.
