Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor in Londonderry, NH. You will supervise staff, coach performance, and ensure high standards in guest service and store operations.

You’ll handle POS duties, cash processes, and vendor coordination while maintaining a clean, safe shopping environment. The role requires flexible hours, strong organization, and a commitment to excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have prior supervisory experience in a retail or guest-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop staff performance.
• Comfort with handling cash, POS operations and security procedures.
• Strong communication and guest service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform all duties directed by management.
• Coach staff by giving constructive feedback to improve tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and practices.
• Operate POS, maintain cash levels and related processes.
• Ensure store housekeeping and 24/7 guest service programs are executed.
• Address guest inquiries and vendor check-ins per guidelines.
