Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff and ensure store objectives are met through effective supervision of daily tasks and customer service excellence.

In this role you will coach employees, greet guests, manage POS and cash handling, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards while supporting 24/7 guest service programs and vendor interactions as needed. Availability for flexible hours and a reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees ensuring they perform duties per management directions.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Maintain safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
