Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Efficient and organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.
• Work in intermittent temperatures (i.e., cooler, outside, etc.).
• Must have reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform duties set by management.
• Provide coaching with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Enforce safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate POS and manage cash levels.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Ensure continuous operation of guest service programs.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards and checks.
• Restock products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
• Check in vendors per guidelines.
