Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking aGuest Service Supervisor to lead store staff, oversee operations, and ensure a welcoming guest experience in our Vermont location. This role emphasizes coaching, policy adherence, and cash handling while maintaining appearance and safety standards.

Ideal candidates will be able to work flexible hours, lift up to 25 lbs, and access all areas of the store. The position includes supervising daily tasks and ensuring smooth POS operations to support shopper satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation.
• Ability to access all store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff to ensure tasks meet management directives.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Follow safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the POS and manage cash levels.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Ensure 24/7 guest service programs run.
• Address guest inquiries and vendor checks as needed.
