Job summary

Bentley Legacy is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead our Front Desk Agents in delivering welcoming guest service and efficient check-in/check-out experiences. You will model professionalism, oversee performance, and ensure smooth operations across guest interactions.

Responsibilities include training new hires, maintaining knowledge of hotel services, and resolving guest inquiries while coordinating with the front desk team to manage reservations and communications.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• College coursework in related field is helpful
• Previous supervisory responsibility is preferred
• Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Operational knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to work with little or no supervision
• Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented and solve problems
• Willing to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests at check-in and check-out in a friendly, efficient manner
• Provide outstanding guest service during stay and handle guest inquiries
• Obtain needed information when taking room reservations
• Answer questions about hotel facilities, hours of operation, rates, packages and promotions
• Maintain knowledge of property amenities, events and local attractions
• Operate Front Desk computer system and manage packages, mail and messages
• Assist in training of new hires and current associates
• Perform other duties as required by management
• Be prepared to respond to emergencies and maintain productivity towards budgeted standards
